| Requirements | 1. A minimum of Master Degree in is required. A minimum of 10 years Learning & Development and/or Human Resources business partner experience is required.
2. Having a global mindset and strong business acumen required.Experience with developing or facilitating talent management, leadership development programs required.
3. Experience in developing and conducting training needs analysis, partnering with businesses partners on developing and implementing projects and solutions required.
4. Good facilitation / platform training skills are required. Project management skills are required.
5. Exceptional written and oral communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with management levels of the organizations required. |
Job Duties | 1. Training Administration-handling queries, registration, material construction, trainer support and database maintenance.
2. Understanding needs, data structures and applications to develop reporting for various analysis.
3. System maintenance- responsible for data management and collaborate with IT team on various needs.
